Reputation Studio is proud to announce its recent enrollment to SOCAP.  SOCAP is a member-driven association committed to advancing customer care and engagement at all levels of business.  We began our membership in the SOCAP community by sponsoring the re-Imagine Customer Care Conference. re-Imagine was SOCAP’s 2018 international event held from Oct. 24-28th in Salt Lake City.  

re-Imagine kicked off with Board Chair Jim Moloney announcing the new President & CEO, Marjorie Bynum, CAE.  After some general housekeeping we were fortunate enough to see Rohit Bhargava talk about his process for uncovering trends.  Soon after the first round of Keynotes the exhibit hall or “Exchange” as SOCAP kindly calls it opened for business.

re-Imagine continued to bring pressing issues relating to how large organizations interact with their customers to the top of mind.  Through conversations at the Reputation Studio booth we gained a better idea of the challenges industry leaders face. Tuesday night ended with dinner, dancing, and superheros.

Reputation Studio ended the conference on Wednesday with a panel discussion facing the issues relating to reviews in the CPG (consumer packaged goods) industry.  The Reputation Studio team provided some valuable solutions to challenges folks in the room were facing.
