Position Overview: As a Solutions Engineer you will report directly to the SVP of Global Sales.
Solutions Engineers must have a functional background in business application, documenting technical requirements, and sales. Responsible for identifying customer needs, potential hurdles, articulating impact driven solutions during the sales process and relaying requirements to the Onboarding Team. The focus of this position is to assist Account Executives in completing RFPs, conducting product demos, and to ultimately drive customer adoption through seamless sales/support hand-offs. As a member of the Sales organization, your focus is to deliver pre-sales support and solutions to the Reputation Studio sales funnel while serving as an advocate for market requirements. This involves resolving pre-sales technical customer inquiries via phone, email, and onsite visits. As a technical lieason to the Sales team you are responsible for identifying market gaps, presenting proposed solutions to the product team, and ensuring customer expectations are met during the Onboarding process. As a member of Reputation Studio’s front-line technical team you have the opportunity to drive new features and integrations while adding in the Revenue growth of the company.

Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills: Excellent Communication skills required. Must have analytical, business application, and problem solving abilities.

Compensation based on experience.
